Scope & Pricing
During this collaborative stage, we refine drawings, selections, and scope, coordinate a trades day on site to review constructibility and logistics, and confirm schedule, allowances, and overall investment before presenting a detailed construction proposal outlining the full scope of work, timeline, selections, and total cost with complete transparency.
We manage the full permitting process by submitting applications, coordinating revisions with the city or design team, adjusting scope or pricing if required, and finalizing your construction contract so that once approvals are secured, every detail is aligned and your project is fully prepared to move confidently into construction.

Construction Management
During construction, we oversee trades, materials, scheduling, and design execution with a strong focus on quality, organization, and communication, providing consistent progress updates, carefully tracking budgets and documented changes, and maintaining clean, protected job sites so you always feel informed and supported.
